Orders are shipped out every business day if received by 3pm.

Most parcels with Australia Post are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced at certain busy times of the year.

Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation.

Berries & Blush is not liable for incorrect information given when shipping information is asked at check out point. If the shipping address provided is incorrect we are not required to refund you, you the customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

All undelivered/unclaimed parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.

Berries & Blush is not liable if your parcel is stolen because of a request for a safe drop or a delivery instruction is written to leave your parcel unattended.
